LetsEncrypt failing to mirror1.freepbx.org:80

Servers on, NAT passthru proper (IF I web to the pbx.domainXX.com:80 I get a response)

Here’s the error I get:

There was an error updating the certificate: Failed connect to mirror1.freepbx.org:80; Connection refused

and if I try to

http://mirror1.freepbx.org:80 from anywhere, nothing happens.

Ideas? Zulu mobile won’t work without it.
