Change/disable built in system recordings

We have a need to either suppress built-in system recordings or change them to a silent recording. We run a call center with softphones running things in the background, and having beeps and recordings play is a nuisance to the agents. For instance, our system places agents in/out of DND at specific times, This beeping is annoying. I'm wondering if there is a way to changes this without hacking the system, so next time a new release comes out I won't need to re-update the recordings.

Any ideas here would be appreciated.
