Forward Caller ID

Hi!

No problem...

There is also the possibility that you (or someone who works or worked with you) forced it in your provider setup screens...

A good example of this is VoIP.ms... You can provide a caller ID in your account or subaccount configurations for when you use them with an ATA adapter...

If you use a PBX, you must not provide them with a caller ID in your account/subaccount configuration, if you do it will overwrite the one your PBX wanted to provide...

There are other providers (didlogic comes to mind) for which you must fill in papers for them to unblock you from providing your own caller ID information...

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick
