I am getting a "DB Error: Unknown Error" when i go to my call monitor to listen to recorded calls.
I have searched this forum and have found no answers.
Best thing found was someone said something about rebuilding the SQL, but i cannot find the password for that. They gave a couple suggestions on where it would be but none of them i found in there work.
Ideas?
