Help with call forwarding

Hi, I need a solution to forward incoming calls in this scenario:

1. Customer calls Line 1:
2. Line 1 plays a short welcome message "welcome"
3. Transfers the call to any available GSM numbers (8)
4. All available numbers connect to asterisk IVR and extensions

I have a GoIP 32 channel device, connected to asterisk/freepbx
