I've got two likely easy questions. I've searched a couple times but not found specific answers (not saying they're not there, just haven't found them)
first: our inbound CID is dropping the first number or letter of the caller ID. I swear I saw something about this documented somewhere but I can't for the life of me find it. it's mainly an annoyance.
second: when using find me/follow me, how do I get the system to send the original caller ID instead of our main line caller ID.
