Thanks again for your help. changing the n to 1's fixed the problem. I have been working to understand the other problem which has never really been an issue but I'm at a total loss. Also since changing the n to a 1 the system is no longer using the specified caller id for the extensions that have one. It then uses the random caller id part of the script, these are legitimate caller id's but some of the extensions have a specified. I think this may also be related to the context. Would you mind telling me how I specify the context properly?
