I'm trying to achieve the functionality shown in the Wiki: http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/FPG/Subscribe+a+BLF+button+to+Monitor+a+Voicemail+Box
I've changed "Create Voicemail Hints" to yes, submitted, and applied the configuration. The BLF is setup on the Grandstream GXP2160 as *98311 for extension 311. However, the BLF maintains a steady green no matter what the status of the voicemail is.
Under core show hints, it shows the following:
