Freepbx 12 Override Call Recording Location

Hello,

I am having a problem with version 12.
When I change the Override Call Recording Location, The recordings are saved in the new location.
But when I'm looking at CDR report I can not listen to a recording.
When I download the file is descending size 0kb.

If I went directly to the new location of the recordings, I can open up and listen to them.
New folder has permissions asterisk.
