FOP Web Root Dir is Read Only, how can I change it?

Actually, the cxpanel is a symbolic link:

[root@pbx ~]# ls -la /var/www/html/cxpanel
lrwxrwxrwx 1 asterisk asterisk 36 Nov  4 10:20 /var/www/html/cxpanel -> /var/www/html/admin/modules/cxpanel/

So just adjust it to your web server.
