Upgrade to asterisk 13.6

I just upgraded to 13.6 with:

yum update asterisk13*
fwconsole restart

Using the following will probably work as well:

asterisk-version-switch

Note that Asterisk 13.6 may not be the best choice for a production environment with Yealink phones.
