I am still experiencing the same problem.
I've tried playing with the break-out IVR settings, but nothing seems to work.
I noticed that pressing 1 (the break out option) still works and I can break out and leave a VM (even if the announcement interval time hasn't passed). The announcement is still not being played.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
