Cannot hear ring back tone while inbound route goes to Ring Group

Hello Friends,
Hope you are all doing well. I have setup a ring group and set inbound route to ring group. When a caller calls from outside, they cannot hear ring tone, but if I set inbound route to extension or trunk, caller can hear ring tone. What's wrong? Please help me to fix this problem.
