S500 Web GUI Not Loading
Hello,
I’ve searched everywhere for this but I can’t find any information regarding this issue.
I can no longer login to the Web GUI of my Sangoma S500. I get an error message of “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” on chrome and on FireFox I get “The connection has reset”. I’ve tried rebooting the phone, in which the web interface will load for about 5 seconds before going back to ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.
I’ve tried factory resetting the phone, to no avail.
I’m on firmware version 2.0.4.36. Any help would be appreciated as I currently can’t setup any new accounts on my phone.
EDIT: Managed to get it to upgrade to 2.0.4.39, but still the same issue.
Phone Apps Hang
@jpruett did you ever find a solution for this? I am experiencing the same behavior in a commercial production environment, on PBXact. For some reason I feel like it’s switch-related, but maybe not.
Zulu desktop app is not sending faxes
I’m attempting to send a fax from Zulu on my desktop. The fax acts like it is sent but there is no record of it being sent, or failing, and the fax never arrives. I tested fax capability in UCP and the fax sent as expected. I do have the Fax Pro module installed.
Any idea where to start looking to solve this?
Invalid Email for Inbound Fax
Getting this warning every time I log in. I have looked and looked. Cannot find how to fix this.
User Manager users ‘100’ have the ability to receive faxes but have no email address defined so they will not be able to receive faxes over email,

Thank you all.
No audio on inbound or outbound calls
I am running FreePBX with Asterisk version 15.1.5. I am using an old ObiHai 110 device as an FXO port and a Gigaset C530IP DEC station as a PJSIP extension. Both devices register with PBX and calls can be made and received but there is no audio in either direction. When calling the extensions voicemail, the logs show that the proper audio files are played by the PBX, but no audio is received at the extension. The handset does indicate the correct number of new messages and I can leave new messages when calling from an external phone.
Suspecting that this may be a configuration issue of the audio codecs, I have ensured that the C530IP is configured to use codecs specified as allowed in the general SIP settings in PBX.
FWIW, I had set up the DEC station successfully previously but while moving all devices and servers involved to a new VLAN, I had to reset the station to factory setting. Subsequently, I am no longer able to use the auto configuration “wizard” of the device, which I believe has gotten me there last time with some minor customization.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
S500 Web GUI Not Loading
If you are getting connection reset from Firefox then it’s more than a phone issue. There are probably http errors under /var/log/httpd
Invalid Email for Inbound Fax
Use 100 has faxing enabled but does not have an email address.
FreePBX Distro (SNG7-PBX-64bit-1712-2) on AWS is an IPv6-only venture?
14 is based on CentOS 7. Which is based on red hat 7. Sangoma OS as we call it is a derivative of CentOS. So I suggest looking online and see if your issue matches CentOS or red hat.

Call forwarding: no audio
Hi there,
I have a freepbx running in a Rpi3, with this configuration:
Trunks:
Land line via SPA3102
GSM USB dongle
Hotvoip SIP account
When answering calls locally, everything works correctly. However, call forwarding has this issue:
When a call is received on the GSM dongle, it is forwarded to the hotvoip account, but there’s no audio in both parties.
If a call is received on the landline, forwarding to hotvoip is done correctly.
Locally, there’s always audio.
Here is the log, of the transfer when the audio fails:

(the log is too big to fit in this post)
Anyone can help me on this?
Thanks.

I also verified the server time as being correct as well.
Outbound Cant Complete as dialed
Good morning,
After deleting as you specified, i am now able to place outgoing calls without having a time group tied to the outbound route.
However, see attached screengrabs after i made the changes and reloaded.
(Pic 1 you can see that it does not show you the correct time group this time condition is linked with.
Pic 2 when clicking on that blank “Time Group” it still shows being used by the outbound route)
Question: How come we don’t see in the outgoing call logs that it checks for time group? it took me quite amount of time till i figured to try to tie a time group to the outbound route.
Let me know if any additional information needed.
