The following modules are disabled because they need to be upgraded: restart, sangomacrm, xmpp, zulu

The original issue was they could not acces vmail on one phone. Noticed the disabled modules and figured thats the issue. Now that that is taken care of, it still doesn’t work on secretary’s phone, it does from the other phone tho.
I used this comand to disable digium… /var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin disable digiumaddoninstaller
Module digiumaddoninstaller successfully disabled
[root@xxxx ~]# fwconsole reload
Reloading FreePBX

But I still can’t do anything, outside of the freepbx dashboard. The circle in the browser tap has been going around all day. Refreshing does nothing. So I really don’t want to try to upgrade to 14 if its not stable.

Hi all,
I have a remote connection over site to site vpn and i have 3 phones there the issue is when they put peoples on hold i wont hear MOH also they cant park im using sonicwall firewalls.

I get same issue from verizon and att so is not only Tmobile on my case and depend on time of the day

I have exactly the same issue. WiFi works but on the T-Mobile network it is a big no go.

Ad-Hoc Call Recording

I have an immediate need for Ad-Hoc call recording. Currently all you get a is a beep when you start recording but NO visual light on the key pressed. Whats more is it possible to send to a mailbox vs having to check in UCP. They want one mailbox for all Ad-hoc call recordings.

They do not want continuous call recording.

The system we replaced gave them a fluttering Red key when pressed and two soft keys appeared. Pause and End. If Pause was pressed it changed the soft key to Resume and the fluttering red key when solid red. End if pressed ended the recording.

Can anything close to this be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No real way.
Workaround would be to create a new MOH category with this audio, then create a queue or a ring group, select the new MOH category, add that extension and point failover to Voicemail > Ext 100 (Instructions Only)

Now, open that audio file in any music player, and check the amount of seconds… Go back to the queue or ring group, and set the ring time amount of seconds to match the audio.

Finally, instead of pointing to the original announcement, point it instead to this queue or ring group.

Remember to test, you might want to play a little with the ring time seconds that it should sound good for the caller.

Is everything configured right? That error is an Apache error saying the current web config is not correct.

Or at least not configured to allow access from/how you are accessing it.

It was accessible till today i got a call from end user who report it this issue, it is all local networks and i have test it on all the browser same issue

What firmware are you on? The commercial EPM firmware is quite a ways back last time I looked.

Thanks i dont think that network is under sip setting i will add it soonest i get home and test it again the park issue you hit park button wont do anything

Answering New Calls Drops Headset Connection

Hi,

We have this issue where if person A is on a call via headset, and person B answers another incoming call, person A’s phone drops the connection to their headset and must run back to their phone to hit the headset button again or pick up the handset. Any ideas on what the issue might be? Thanks in advance.
