Of course, I did, but I apparently thought that it was something else quite disappointed.

Shall I reinstall FreePBX again
Erros on Asterisk CLI: show iax2 registery & sip show peers Not Working
I don’t think you need to reinstall, just yet. You can try
cp /etc/asterisk/modules.conf /etc/asterisk/modules.conf.bak
cp /dev/null /etc/asterisk/modules.conf
chown asterisk. /etc/asterisk/modules.conf
Do the Apply Config after that. It should re-write your modules.conf and we can go from there.
SIP trunk Registration issue
I have a site with a SIP trunk from Nextiva that occasionally fails to register. It will be working fine for days and then suddenly drops off. It just gives unreachable error in the logs. If I reboot the PBX it will register again sometimes for a few hours or a few days. I even have to reboot the router sometimes to get it to stay registered for more than 30 minutes. Sangoma PBXact 40 Version 14.0.5.2 Sonicwall Router with firewall configured according to Nextiva’s requirements
I have several other sites with Nextiva trunks with no issues using the same trunk parameters. The other sites use a different router.
Any thoughts?

We do try to fully document what is available in Queue Wallboard. There is nothing about it that says operator panel.

Erros on Asterisk CLI: show iax2 registery & sip show peers Not Working
OK, so whoever did this didn’t do it right or really screwed something up. If re-installing is an option, do that. Otherwise you’re going to trying fixing every little issue that pops up after you’ve fixed the previous issue.
Erros on Asterisk CLI: show iax2 registery & sip show peers Not Working
OK. This is a VM. I will reboot the VM with ISO mounted a reinstall again. Thanks a lot for the help. I will post again here with news if a reinstall did it right.
Any comments you want to give me during the fresh installation?

How to remove old CDRs
Adding an index would probably help if there isn’t one, from, mysql :-
SHOW INDEXES FROM del;
if not there then
ALTER TABLE cel
ADD INDEX eventtime
(eventtime
);
Erros on Asterisk CLI: show iax2 registery & sip show peers Not Working
I discovered the reason for these errors: backup/restore. The system works well when freshly installed. After restoring a full backup taken from an old system, everything crashes. Any comments?

What version is the old system?
Endpoint Manager + SIP Server Port Numbers for DECT Base Station
Free PBX Version: 12.7.5-1807-1.sng7
Endpoint Manager: 14.0.2.155
Device Make: Panasonic
Device Model: KX-TGP600
- Currently have three extensions setup for use by phones connected to the KX-TGP600
- Each extension is setup using Endpoint Manager to correspond to a different account
- The configuration file Endpoint Manager is making available to the KX-TGP600 has different port numbers (for each line) for Proxy Server Port, Presence Server Port, and Outbound Proxy Server Port.
Is this a defect? Or expected behavior and there is another area of my configuration that I have to modify to keep these ports at 5060 versus incrementing by 10 for each line?

Modules vulnerable to security threats have been automatically updated
There was no need to hit “Check Online” at all. the module was already updated. Clicking the minus would have removed the message.
BLF's not working right with Yealink 83.0.X firmware. Response from Yealink
Let’s put this another way.
RFC2435 is from 2005. So why has Asterisk never supported it?
@tlewis You are getting very defensive for no reason. No one is claiming that Sangoma failed to do something here.
But what is being pointed out is that Asterisk needs to be updated to follow standards. This is why standards exist. Will it happen during the life of Asterisk 16? 17? /shrug No idea. But it should happen.
I also said in my earlier post that I feel Yealink’s actions were also overboard. Making a change that affects things at this scale, obviously without any testing of the change, is bad.
Edit: Yes, I know that a RFC is not a Standard, and RFC 4235 was never made a standard. It was also updated by RFC 7463 in 2015. I am also not someone that is so deep into the Protocol, that I know if Yealink actually followed this correctly or not.
Modules vulnerable to security threats have been automatically updated
In your case that worked. The reason I wrote this post was the fact that when I hit the minus button the warning did not disappear. Nothing I did made the notification remove itself. Time took care of the issue in my case as might apparently have for others.
Therefore the post that such was a bug from one of the developers and to report it.
