Freepbx 14 and custom contexts
Strange MoH things
Here is a coll trace for an inbound call to a queue.
Here I get MoH, but the setting on inbound route is ignored and the queues MoH class is applied:

And this is a call trace for the ring-group.
Here is no MoH playback- instead I only hear ring-signals, allthough the logfile shows
“Started MoH class XX on channel…”

Multi tenant simultaneous calls limiting
No. As Tom said, you will have to write some custom dialplan which checks for active channels of said extension range.
There’s a few people here who have a few clients on the same box, but in the same time they will talk you out of using FreePBX for multi tenant.
They are not being rude, or trying to push you away from FreePBX, the reason is, because if you just copy paste without actually knowing what you do, it will eventually bite you very hard…
It’s not just about these custom lines that you want, it’s about separating IVR’s, Queue’s, Ring Groups and blocking extension to extension etc etc. You don’t want calls going to the wrong client…
Multi tenant simultaneous calls limiting
FusionPBX makes for a very functional frontend to FreeSwitch that is designed from the ground up to be multitenented.

Multi tenant simultaneous calls limiting
I highly doubt that. I, right now, have a single Asterisk box with multiple clients that all have the same ranges of extensions, same parking lot slots (1-9), operator (0) groups/extensions, etc, etc. How are you doing that now?
Forwarding on unaswered question
Just wanted to follow up;
Stewart1’s second solution with a ring group for every user did the trick! I did have to guesstimate the correct time for 5-6 rings (15 secs in the Ring Time field), but other than that everything works perfectly.
Thank you Stewart1!
Call Recordings Download Link Not Working
In 14.0.1.21 when I select the download link next to a call recording it opens up a duplicate window/tab in my browser but does not download any recording. I’ve tried multiple browsers and recordings.
Flood of: Unable to register extension at line 145251 of /etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.conf
Soooooo many errors. It would be helpful to eliminate all these warnings and errors.
Do I really have to make a queue for each extension?

Six years later? I’m pretty sure the “boot from USB” thing has been looked at.

CR Reports
Call Recordings Download Link Not Working
There have been some changes recently to CR Reports, so if upgrading to edge doesn’t resolve, open a commercial module ticket. Current edge ver is 14.0.2.4.
Call Recordings Download Link Not Working
I’ll give it a shot. What is the short hand for that module when going edge?
