So I am currently trying to submit an RMA on a phone that was damaged in shipping, however, I can not currently do this as the device is not appearing as a registered product under the company.
Issue being I have no idea how to get the phones linked to the portal correctly (bought from sangoma portal) to happen given this scenario.
Any help on where to go and how to start solving this problem would be much appreciated.
Additional information I received from Zoho on the matter:
In general, Zoho CRM will be tracking 3 states of call as below :
RINGING - when destination phone ringing
UP - when the call is answered
HUNGUP - when the call ended
Zoho CRM will take the call details ie., from and to number of call from the channel variables provided by your PBX. i.e.
On RINGING state, we will take call details from channel and dialing channel
On Up state, we will take call details from channel and linked channel
On HUNGUP state, we will take call details from channel and dialed channel
And when we take call details from a channel (channel, dialing channel, dialed channel & linked channel), we will get a caller id , caller name & we will be taking the correct one from it.
So, please ensure the following
When your PBX send these call state notification to our CRM, we will do the following in CRM
Anyone think this could assist in finding an integration solution for FreePBX and the Zoho Phonebridge?
I updated FreePBX from Module Admin today and now many of the modules open with an error.
filter_input_array() expects at most 2 parameters, 3 given
The error location is:
Whoops\Exception\ErrorException /var/www/html/admin/libraries/utility.functions.php1589
Modules like Module Admin, Incoming Routes, Outgoing Routes no longer open and give that error.
I’ve manually used fwconsole to upgrade framework, core, ucp, dashboard, etc. to see if one of them failed to update. I also did an updateall to see if something wasn’t updated. Same issue. I also went through the email with all the updates listed and made sure to fix them.
This is not a SNG install. It’s FreePBX running on Centos 6.
Thanks!
TJ
Go to your phone list and adopt the MAC address

Hi there,
Is there a video tutorial on how to setup Postfix in FPBX 14
I have tried the manual/written instruction but knowing little to nothing about Linux I fear I have not followed them correctly.
Even if I can get some “dumb Donald” instructions that might help.
Thanks in advance
The bit before the / is the DID the bit, after the CID
You can grep it out of the conf file
grep ^{EXTEN}/etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf|cut -d ',' -f 3
Thanks, unfortunately when i go to the phone list in the portal, all phones are listed with mac addresses. I go ahead and claim the product any way via the mac address and receive a “Your organization already has access to this product.” message.
Is there some where else i am supposed to be looking as everything eventually directs me back to this page?
I recently downloaded FPBX14 and I have registered a Chan-PJsip trunk.
In this process I expected to list PEER DETAILS & USER DETAILS.
ie disallow, allow, insecure, type, net etc etc
To register the trunk within FPBX14 It was not necessary to enter all this information in fact I couldn’t find where I could enter it anyway.
Question: As I have not entered the details in a manner I am used to is the trunk secure?..Is ther anything over and above what I have done that I should do or consider doing?
Hopefully my comments make sense.
Many thanks

SO I did more testing. Using MISC DEST I was not able to get the calling parties CID to be displayed. It would only show my outgoing trunk ID (and I couldn’t remove that either, FreePBX complained that the trunk needed a CID or unexplained issues could occur).
I changed the IVR prompt to call a ring group instead with the phone number followed by a # and that worked, the call to my cell included the original parties caller ID.
I didnt change anything else. Using ring group instead of “MISC DEST” made the difference.
Dear All,
I have one freePBX primary server in my campus on 13.0.191.11 version and one secondary server on 13.0.120 version.
I want to know that whether full backup taken on primary server will be compatible with the secondary server in case of primary failure?
OR do I need to keep both the servers on same version of software?
Please guide.

Dear Team,
We need assistance on how to calculate agent incoming call productivity. As per our KPI have to check individual productivity performance.
Kindly provide us the formula for calculation for productivity. And currently we used the below formula but unable find out the correct number.
“Productivity
Workload hours of agent over staffing hours
(Total Talk Time + Voice Idle+ ACW/ Working hours)”
Need help. Thanks
