Call History not showing in UCP, iSymphony or FOP2

Hello FreePBX people!

I am working with a fresh install of FreePBX and am having trouble getting call history to display on any user panel or operator panel. I’ve set all permissions as Yes in the user admin under call history with no success. And searching the internet has led to nothing of any help. I get the following error on FOP2

SELECT command denied to user ‘’@‘localhost’ for table ‘cdr’

Thanks for any suggestions you can provide. I’m happy to provide any other details needed.

But Why EPM is showing that 79xx is tested.

If it was tested then why they don’t have the firmware in the module.

You don’t have a username set for database access in the FOP2 configs. Fix that.

Maybe I am getting confused, but here is what I see when I run “wanrouter hwprobe”

and then “wanrouter status”.

Remember that Asterisk is a Back to Back User Agent, so “calls” are from its persective (i.e., a call in plus a call to a pair of phones in a ring group is three calls), so using that as a source for data is going to be difficult to use as a metric.

In its config files. I normally just edit them.

Have you run wancfg_dahdi ? That script should configure DAHDI for your card. It seems you have a PRI card and an analog card. wancfg_dahdi should take care of configuring DAHDI for both of them, just follow the instructions that the script presentes when run.

The firmware for the 79xx are not supposed to be publicly available, maybe that is the reason why.

That is by design, in Blacklist.clsss.php is

   if ($data[0] == 'number' &&

$data[1] == ‘description’) {

                            continue;          
                                               
                    }

Presumably because 1 is the default added by using the feature code , and a big old list of 1’s also confusing

Hi Pitzkey,

we are the interconnector located in between the phone’s Major and our customer.
We get wholesale sip trunk that goes in our FreePBX and we resell them to our customer.
We have a Trunk from the Major’s and our customer have trunks connected to our system.

What we are trying to do is this:

If our customer Trunks/System goes down, we want their call to be FWD to either our IVR (another trunkated freepbx) or customer cell phones (misc destination) so that they always receive their calls no mather what happens.

We want this process to automatic. So if the FreePBX see s that the trunk going to our client is UNREACHABLE then it goes to the alternate route.

I hope i’m being clearer !

Help with Vega 100 setup - ISDN PRI Line

Trying to setup a Vega 100 so any help is much appreciated :slight_smile:

I have enabled the E1 interface on the Vega 100 gateway.
I have then plugged in my E1 connection into the Vega 100 gateway port
It does not show in the interface list of the E1 gateway

however when I change to T1 the interface shows:

However I am in Europe so expected the signal to be E1 not T1… please can someone advise?

Secondly I have set an internal IP address of 10.194.240.1 on the Vega 100 and then created a PJSIP trunk to the Vega gateway with no registration or auth, just a SIP trunk to 10.194.240.1.

The endpoint shows as actvie:

I have tried changing the trunk context to the below

  • first attempt - from-pstn
  • second attempt - from-trunk

Every time I get “All circuits are busy now, please try your call again later”

Please can someone help me get this setup as I expected the converter to work out of the box :frowning:

System 50 - do I buy or should I just grab an old Dell on eBay?

Using a system 50 is never a “bad” idea for this small an installation.

Your “Dell” solution wouldn’t be a “bad” idea either.

Either way, D50s and EPM is the part that’s going to pay the dividend. The selection of the hardware for the server is going to be up to you.
