I am sorry my friend, but for some reason i have confused by the allow/disallow fields in the advanced settings module.
However, I have a suggestion for you that will help you fix your problem without too much hassle. You can use the bulk extensions module to export all of your extensions. import the CSV file to an Excel sheet (Data--> from text wizard) and fix the permit/deny fields.
One tip for the importing data to the Excel:
in the import data wizard, make sure that all the fields are text and not general to avoid mistakes in the importing process.
I use this process all the time when I am configuring a new PBX. I am creating a single extension with the settings that I want and then after exporting it, I am creating all the other extensions very quickly.
