A security problem: false calls from within the system

I use FreePBX 12.0.76.2 asterisk 11 FreePBX Distro
Lately I face outgoing calls that fail but they clog the system sometimes. I Joggle between IP Addresses than it stops, but sometimes it clogs the system making false calls that block the ITSP cannels. I do not allow anonymous SIP calls nor guest calls. I can't find which IP address it comes from in the logs since I have an external firewall and can block it.

Here is how it looks in the console:

Any advice how to block those calls?

One more thing: The Intrusion detection in sys admin stopped functioning while fail2ban seems to be working and logs events. Any connection? How do I revive the Intrusion detection?
