FreePBX version listing did not update from 12 to 13

was on 6.12.65-31, ran the upgrader from GUI and it updated but still shows the 6.12.65-31 in both the GUI and the CLI. The system functions (except WebRTC and PJSIP) and I have the new GUI look and most modules appear to be version 13 (FreePBX Framewok 13.0.17)

I wanted to run additional upgrade scripts but I don't know where it is.

Any thoughts
