Your response is useful and I’m sure that @FreerPBXer is grateful for your suggestions. I’m interested to see if any of those suggestions effect any change on the service issues.
That said, I’m curious - why hasn’t support proposed any of the same solutions or reached similar conclusions?
If your response is “How do you know they haven’t?” - as you often claim ignorance when faced with tough questions, I’m sure @FreerPBXer would be more than willing to share the contents of the ticket correspondance. Perhaps you @penguinpbx could even provide insight into the support team’s approach? We wouldn’t all be here discussing this for months if there weren’t a systemic issue with support.
