Asterisk won't restart?
As @arielgrin said, you only ever start Asterisk using fwconsole using:
fwconsole start|stop|restart
Running asterisk -r at the bash prompt will put you in the asterisk console which will tell you it’s running.

Falla boot disco duro de estado solido
buen día
actualmente tengo una falla con el boot de un SSD (disco duro de estado solido) al cual decidí migrar la el contenido completo de un HDD ( Hard Drive Disk) donde se encuentra FreePBX 10.13.66, para mejorar el rendimiento de las llamadas y consulta de las bases de datos interna del servidor, este proceso lo e intentado con: clonado de disco, copia y restablecimiento de sectores, por medio de diferentes medios.
agradezco cualquier información, guía u orientación de que puedo hacer o como recuperar el boot para el SSD.

You have to enable SIP URI dialing on the phone. Not sure I’d recommend that as they can then direct a call to anywhere and bypass the PBX.

Hangup Cause = 1 means a 404, 485 or 604 where sent back as the SIP Code which maps to the Unallocated Number which generally means the number isn’t assigned in some way.

Prior to SNG7, you could get useful output from service asterisk status, but it has never been acceptable to start asterisk with anything other than fwconsole (or amportal back before ver. 13).

Falla boot disco duro de estado solido
Si solo esta dañado el boot, una solucion rapida podria ser reinstalar FreePBX Distro 10.13.66 en otro disco y luego clonar la particion de datos del disco anterior al disco nuevo, teniendo en cuenta que el disco anterior ya presenta signos de falla a nivel hardware. Supongo que tenias actualizado el kernel a la ultima version disponible para 10.13.66, de lo contrario puede ser un poco mas complicado, ya que por ejemplo DAHDI necesita que su compilacion corresponda con la version de kernel instalada. Luego es solo cuestion de asegurarte que GRUB referencia al /boot con el dispositivo correcto, ya sea por nombre de dispositivo al estilo /dev/sda o con el UUID correcto. Tambien debes chequear el archivo /etc/fstab para asegurarte que los FS que deben ser montados esten referenciados de manera correcta.
Esto seria a grandes rasgos los pasos a seguir, puedes encontrar informacion mas especifica buscando en internet o puedo intentar ayudarte por aqui si tienes preguntas adicionales.

Not all features are configurable via the GUI. You have to use the config files for certain things. This would all be covered in the Polycom UC admin manual for your UC release.

911 alert to a phone
Thank you Lorne,
This looks like what I need. Now it get strange. In my module admin, after checking online, I see Paging and Intercom and Paging Pro both enabled. No option to buy. I would think that means I’m good to go, but when I click on Paging and Intercom under Applications, I don;t see the additional options when I trey to add a paging group. I’m running asterisk v13.22.0 with FreePBX 14.0.11. Clearly I’m missing something here.
