Is there any way to change the width of the line labels on Sangoma phones? I’ve poked through the EPM & searched the forums, but haven’t been able to find anything.

Restore Fails with timeout
Taking what @dicko said you need to look in the backup file for the mysql backup file. The files you listed above aren’t any of them. You’d then have to edit that backup file and remove the comment lines.
Alternatively the only module that added comment lines to SQL is Endpoint manager (the OSS one). So you can go back to your old machine and uninstall endpoint manager and make a new backup and it will import successfully.
Restore Fails with timeout
OSS EPM is NOT installed on the old machine. ( there may be tables from when that was used a long time ago )
by thew way those were the only SQL files.
Thanks!
Restore Fails with timeout
Not being familiar with the backup file, I do see the reference to mysql-3.sql
:{i:3;a:6:{s:4:“file”;s:14:“mysql-3.sql.gz”;
Should I remove this whole section:
s:4:“file”;s:14:“mysql-3.sql.gz”;
Restore Fails with timeout
No because then your backup would be 100% useless. You need to drop the endpoint manager tables on the old machine and rebackup. (or any tables with COMMENT)
The SQL file is gzipped (oops sorry for not remembering that). You’ve shown that it exists here:
Voicemail notification and MWI erratic behavior
Thanks BlazeStudios for the suggestion.
I appear to be having this same problem across multiple systems with Digium D60 / D6x phones. From initial testing, setting the MWI Subscription to Solicited (in Extension > Advanced) seems to resolve the issue.
I captured the PBX sending a SIP notice to the phone that it had no messages.
No ACK to Reinvite
I’m not sure how to check that the ACK is indeed being sent. I can say that we have another SIP provider, Twilio where we are not experiencing this issue. It’s only with this one new SIP provider.
No ACK to Reinvite
I placed a couple calls to my cell phone and let them stay open at least five minutes. As soon as I hung up from the cell phone, the call dropped on my extension. There appeared to be no delay in hanging up the call.
The “qualify” setting for the trunk, are you talking about the “Qualify Frequency”? That’s set to 60 seconds right now.
Porque no muestra la opción de copias de seguridad
faltaba instalar el modulo pero lo hice manualmente en administracion de modulo

Restore Fails with timeout
ANSWER/RESOLUTION:
Thanks for your help @tm1000, @lgaetz, @dicko
So the legacy OSS EPM, was to blame here and while the application was deleted some time ago when it was replaced by EPM, it left 3 tables in the DB.
By deleting those old tables and executing a new backup and restore, everything worked as expected.

It’s an edge case. Please open a bug ticket so backup 15 can deal with it more elegantly.
Fax Pro and SIP
I have FaxPro and SIP DID, I send and receive faxes fine. I can not compare it to PRI. Not heavy fax use 10-20 pages/month.
No ACK to Reinvite
No, the session timers on your NAT device.
You need to perform a sip debug and find what is happening when 30 minutes have been reached.
Community growth and weeding
I’d like to respectfully request that the seven day lock be re-evaluated. There are topics here that get relevantly and importantly commented on weeks, months, and years later. I can think of one (UCP call history module not displaying all calls) that I started in particular where I was calling attention to a bug. I got the “it’s not us, it’s you” until about six months later when someone added that they’d gotten support to take another look and it was indeed a bug. That kind of thing is pretty important out here in the field.
Thank you.
Where is external IP address stored in msql database on FreePBX 13?
Does anybody know where the external IP address value is stored in mysql database on FreePBX 13 (HA) systems?
Fail2ban Email Notification
When Fail2ban detects and blocks and intrusion, it sends an email letting me know what IP address has been blocked. Since I have multiple FreePBX deployments, it becomes difficult trying to figure out which FreePBX the email is coming from.
Is there a way to customize the Fail2ban email that is sent so that there will be some identifying text in the email?

That is after the last reply. Active topics could in theory go forever.

The short answer is it depends…
