Call pickup troubles
Office should be in both the Call Groups and Pickup Groups for both extensions.
If it still doesn’t work, check that the device isn’t intercepting * codes. For example, do *65 (say extension number) and *43 (echo test) work properly?
If the device supports it, a BLF key is a better solution. When the secretary’s phone is ringing, the key will be rapidly flashing and pressing it will pick up the call. The key will also show when the phone is in use and can also be pressed to call the extension.

That depends on what software is handling mail on your system. Typically is either postfix or sendmail.
Just googling ‘postfix clear queue’ would show lots of examples on how to clear the queue.
Though I would be more concerned about why are they stuck in your queue - these could be perfectly good emails stuck due to some temporary issue on the internet; or maybe you are using a mail relay and that is having issues at the moment.
ISP DNS or Google DNS?
For performance, reliability, control, and possibly for putting in your own local records, I’ve found it best to use a local DNS server - whether that be your router, AD, or I spin something up under UNIX. The local caching speeds performance (slightly). In other words, don’t point the individual phones (or anything else) at an external server such as Google.
In turn, your local DNS server will reference an external DNS server - which might be Google, Cloudflare, your ISP. The quality and speed among ISPs varies (which you might think odd, since the ISP is right at the end of your wire). Who knows what Google logs and how long they retain it - their speed is solid, their reliability high. Cloudflare tests a bit faster than Google, and they keep a log of requests for 24 hours only (in case they have a problem, and they need log files for problem determination). I use Cloudflare.

Superfecta Herold Austria
Superfecta Herold Austria
@Charles_Darwin, thanks for the report. I’ve opened ticket:
https://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-21861
and resolved with commit:
https://git.freepbx.org/projects/FREEPBX/repos/superfecta/raw/sources/source-Herold_Austria.module?at=refs%2Fheads%2Fbugfix%2FFREEPBX-21861
I did a few business and personal lookups and it appears okay. It would be great if you can QA and confirm all is okay as well.

Quick Question - Intercom style phone system?
I would actually look into chan SCCP. There is a good wiki that I’ll link below, and would not require new firmware. There is another module, SCCP manager, that can help configure them too once you have chan SCCP installed.

How can I empty mail queue?
My freePBX rns on a NUC box with a linux distro. How can I find the mail server?
I think they stack when I changed email address from gmail to something else. I don’t mind so much why they stuck, I just want the flame to go away from my dashboard.

You are likely better off with 10, but the code is kinda temperamental so YMMV
